In this guided SOMA Breath session, you’ll be led through a powerful yet accessible breathing practice that helps the body release tension, the mind slow down, and energy naturally rebalance. No experience needed and no pressure to share.
When we breathe together, the nervous system begins to settle. Thoughts quieten, focus improves, and a stronger sense of connection — to yourself and others — can emerge, without needing words.
You’re invited to join this in person men’s SOMA Breath session.
Using proven breathwork techniques, the session supports calm, clarity, and resilience while gently boosting energy. Most men leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more grounded in their body.

About Lisa Winn
Lisa is a certified ICF coach, wellness coach, and SOMA Breath instructor who supports busy, overwhelmed mid-lifers to calm their nervous systems, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves through the breath. Drawing on her own life experience and a deeply holistic approach, Lisa blends coaching and breathwork to help people feel more balanced, resilient, and energised — even in the midst of full, demanding lives.
Lisa offers group breathwork sessions, 1:1 work, workshops, and courses, creating safe and supportive spaces where real transformation can happen, one breath at a time.

This session is open to anyone who wants to pause, check in with themselves, and feel more balanced. You don’t need to be experiencing burnout or have a specific problem you’re trying to fix — it’s simply a space to gain clarity and support your overall well-being.

- Have a lot going on and rarely give yourself time to reset
- Want simple, realistic ways to improve your mental, emotional, or physical wellbeing

Whether you’re navigating a busy season of life, balancing work and family, or simply wanting to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control, this session offers a gentle starting point — and a way to move forward with more ease.
The session is a guided, supportive experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be led through simple breathing techniques, supported by music, to help your body shift out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.
There’s nothing you need to do or achieve. You can take the session at your own pace, resting or adjusting whenever you need to. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others feel energised or emotionally lighter — and for many, it’s simply a welcome pause from the busyness of everyday life.
