Step into a space created to help you pause, breathe, and gently reset through the power of SOMA Breathwork. In this guided session, I’ll lead you into a deeply restorative state where tension can soften, energy can naturally rise, and a sense of balance can return.
When we breathe together, something powerful happens. Our nervous systems begin to settle, the mind quietens, and we feel more connected — to ourselves and to each other.

About Lisa Winn
Lisa is a certified ICF coach, wellness coach, and SOMA Breath instructor who supports busy, overwhelmed mid-lifers to calm their nervous systems, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves through the breath. Drawing on her own life experience and a deeply holistic approach, Lisa blends coaching and breathwork to help people feel more balanced, resilient, and energised — even in the midst of full, demanding lives.
Lisa offers group breathwork sessions, 1:1 work, workshops, and courses, creating safe and supportive spaces where real transformation can happen, one breath at a time.
Who is this for?
This session is open to anyone who wants to pause, check in with themselves, and feel more balanced. You don’t need to be experiencing burnout or have a specific problem you’re trying to fix — it’s simply a space to gain clarity and support your overall well-being.

The session is a guided, supportive experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be led through simple breathing techniques, supported by music, to help your body shift out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.
There’s nothing you need to do or achieve. You can take the session at your own pace, resting or adjusting whenever you need to. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others feel energised or emotionally lighter — and for many, it’s simply a welcome pause from the busyness of everyday life.

Arrive with an open mind — no prior experience is needed
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel relaxed (a mat, blanket, cushion, or water)
Allow yourself time afterwards to move gently back into your day
